YMIR

Capabilities

Three lanes of compute infrastructure, one operating discipline.

Ymir designs, builds, and operates datacenters for workloads that cannot tolerate compromise on power, sovereignty, or continuity. The lanes differ; the engineering posture does not.

Register

Pick the lane. The discipline stays the same.

01 — HPC

HPC and AI hosting

Halls engineered around high-density compute from the slab up. Power, cooling, and network treated as one system.

02 — COL

Enterprise colocation

Audit-ready suites and cages with transparent SLAs for banks, public bodies, and groups under regulatory floors.

03 — BTS

Build-to-suit delivery

For tenants whose capacity, sovereignty, or thermal needs exceed shared infrastructure. End-to-end accountability.

HPC & AI

A hall that keeps up with the silicon.

Training runs and inference clusters do not tolerate the assumptions of legacy enterprise rooms. Ymir halls are pre-engineered for the next two generations of density — so commissioning happens once.

Rack density
Up to 100 kW per rack, sustained.
Cooling
Direct-to-chip liquid and full immersion supported alongside conventional air.
Network
Diverse carrier entries, redundant spine-leaf fabric, low-latency cross-connects.
Containment
Hot-aisle containment with sealed return plenums.
Telemetry
Real-time DCIM across power, thermal, and environmental — exposed via API to tenant operations.

Colocation

Custody-grade hosting for the regulated estate.

When an auditor walks the floor, the answer is the same as the brief. Every control is documented, every door is logged, every minute of uptime is owned by Ymir.

Suites
Multi-tenant secure cages and private suites, sized to demand.
Access
Layered physical security: mantrap, biometric, and credentialed escort protocols.
Uptime
Designed and operated to Tier III+ availability standards.
SLA
Institutional-grade SLAs with US-market conventions on power, cooling, and remediation.
Compliance
Audit-ready operational posture — ISO 27001, SOC 2, and regional sovereignty frameworks.

Build-to-suit

From greenfield to first packet, under one operating contract.

The same path applies whether the engagement is a 200 kW cage or a 50 MW campus. Discovery defines the brief; design protects the brief; build delivers it; operations preserve it for the tenor of the contract.

01

Site selection

Power, water, fiber, latency, climate, fiscal terrain, and political stability — assessed in concert before any drawing is started.

02

Regulatory navigation

Permitting, environmental review, grid interconnect, and sovereignty filings led end-to-end by the Ymir delivery team.

03

Power procurement

Long-tenor PPAs, on-site generation, and grid integration negotiated against the tenant load curve rather than against a template.

04

Design

Architecture, electrical, mechanical, and security engineering tuned to the workload — not retrofitted from a generic hyperscale brief.

05

Construction management

Owner-side oversight of contractors, schedule, budget, and quality gates through commissioning and integrated systems testing.

06

Operations transfer

Run by Ymir on a service contract, or handed to the tenant operations team with full documentation, runbooks, and on-call coverage.

Engage

Capacity briefs are reviewed by the operating team.

Send a workload profile, sovereignty envelope, and target energise date. A feasibility note follows within five business days.
